David Laiderman - Founder & CEO. Since CAS’ inception, Mr. Laiderman has handled sales, marketing, and technology development functions while maintaining general management responsibilities for the company’s operations. With over 7 years of industry experience, in just 4 months, he has grown sales by over 20%. Prior to CAS, David served as the COO of YNot Advertising where he created a Licensee model that, in 3 years, successfully expanded a similar model to 18 territories across the country and grew revenues to over $1.4 million.
James Clendenin – Director of Finance. Prior to CAS, Mr. Clendenin served as the Finance Manager for YNot Advertising where he oversaw all accounting functions including budgeting and forecasting. Before joining YNot Advertising, Mr. Clendenin served as the Center Director for Sylvan Learning Center in Belmont, CA where he managed day-to-day operations and was responsible for profit and labor controls, staffing, sales, curriculum delivery and marketing to schools and the surrounding community.
Jerry Janik – Strategic Advisor. Mr. Janik has broad experience in all aspects of corporate development. After fifteen years developing the portfolio and performance of Dixtor Investments Limited, an Ontario-based investment and real-estate company, Mr. Janik founded and acted as president of AcSys Biometrics Corp., a position he held from its inception until December 2002 and is the former Chairman and CEO of NEXUS Group International Inc.
Harry Plack, CPA, CVA, CFE, CMC
Mr. Plack is the managing member of Plack Group, LLC, a Maryland-based financial consulting firm. Mr. Plack is responsible for advising the CAS team on improving profitable growth and corporate governance. In addition, his team assists with financial analysis, reporting, and tax matters. Mr. Plack attended the University of Baltimore where he earned a Bachelors degree in Accounting and the Johns Hopkins University where he earned a Masters degree in Management.
